The impact of Collapses is evident in the jagged Stygium formations that punctuate the mountainous regions and the resilient, salt-tolerant flora that clings to the coastal areas. While fierce winds are common, the region experiences a slightly milder range of temperature fluctuations compared to some of the more northerly and easterly nations of Ziemia.

The people of Vérone are vibrant and passionate, with a strong regional identity. Felia, exhibiting the sleek grace and keen eyes of various wild cats, are particularly prevalent, alongside a diverse mix of other phenotypes. Their rich culture is expressed through intricate metalwork, vibrant textiles, passionate music, and elaborate culinary traditions that celebrate the land and sea's bounty. Personal honor, family loyalty, and a flair for dramatic expression are deeply ingrained values.

Free Provinces League

Shadow of Valois

Composed of staunch traditionalists and some disgruntled nobles who feel sidelined by the elected Assembly, they work subtly to undermine the Assembly's authority and promote the idea of a stronger, more direct royal rule.
